contains a special polymer that fills tiny scratches in settings. It is formulated to clean diamonds, precious stones, platinum and gold jewellery settings, and regular use of Diamond Dazzle Stik in

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?


Most pre-owned and vintage jewellery is ready to send and will usually be dispatched within 10 working days, often sooner. Bespoke work, alterations and repairs take longer, and we will confirm the expected timescale before work begins—typically around 2–4 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.

Can I collect or drop off my jewellery in person?

Absolutely! We welcome visitors to the workshop by appointment. we open from 10am-7pm just get in touch and let us know when to expect you.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be really happy with your new jewellery and to buy with confidence.

You are welcome to return any non bespoke jewellery for an exchange or refund as long as you are the original buyer.

For bespoke orders get in touch with us and we'll work with you to correct anything you feel may be an issue.
