Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Ready-made and pre-owned jewellery will normally be dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed, unless a different timescale is stated on the product page or agreed with you directly. Insured and tracked UK delivery costs £15 per order.

Bespoke, made-to-order, resized or altered jewellery may require additional time. The expected completion and dispatch date will be confirmed with you before work begins.

Orders are sent using an insured and tracked delivery service. Once dispatched, UK delivery normally takes 1–3 working days. Tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please contact us if you require an urgent or specialist delivery service. Any additional cost will be agreed before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will contact you promptly if a significant delay is expected.
